Jackery Explorer 1000 v2
The Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 suits trips and mobile work where a lighter carry matters: it weighs 10.8 kg and stores 1,070 Wh. Check that your equipment fits its 1,500 W continuous output.
Listed for purchaseOur take
Our starting point if you will carry a 1 kWh station regularly and your equipment stays within its 1,500 W continuous output.
At 10.8 kg, it is lighter than several close-capacity alternatives in our catalogue: the Anker C1000 Gen 2 is listed at 11.29 kg, BLUETTI Elite 100 V2 at 11.5 kg and DJI Power 1000 V2 at 14.2 kg. These are published weights, not our measurements.
The trade-off is running power. A 2,000 W appliance is outside the Jackery’s 1,500 W rating. Shortlist a higher-output model if your equipment needs it; do not buy more output simply because the number is larger.

How long could it run your equipment?
A laptop, monitor and lights averaging 100 W would get roughly 7.7 hours in our planning example. At 200 W combined, that falls to about 3.9 hours.
Charging and ports
Jackery quotes about 1.7 hours for a normal mains recharge, or around an hour with Emergency Charge enabled in the app. The European specification lists 100 W and 30 W USB-C outputs, useful for compatible laptops and smaller electronics. Solar input tops out at 400 W; BLUETTI’s 1,000 W ceiling gives more room for a larger panel setup.
UK price and the closer comparison
Our 26 September price comparison is a dated observation. UK offers have since changed, so it should not decide today’s purchase. Choose the Jackery for its lighter carry, or the BLUETTI when its extra running power or solar input suits your equipment. Check the exact base-station offer and discount conditions before buying. Jackery’s UK page advertises a three-year warranty plus a two-year extension; eligibility depends on where you buy.
