Anker Innovations has announced that its category brands, including SOLIX energy products, will move under the Anker name. Its official account, dated 17 September and carrying a Berlin dateline of 3 September 2026, describes a gradual transition: new products lead, with existing products following over time.

The company says warranty coverage, customer support and service will remain unchanged. That is Anker’s stated position, rather than an independent assessment of individual claims or local service arrangements.

Keep the model number with the brand name

For a power-station buyer, our practical advice is to keep the exact model identifier, regional version and seller attached to every comparison. A different badge on a shop page is not enough evidence to conclude that the battery, sockets, accessories or expansion compatibility have changed.

The existing C1000 Gen 2 is pictured for context; it is not a new model announced by this story. Our C1000 Gen 2 record remains a separately sourced product profile.

What owners should retain

Save the purchase invoice, serial number, original regional warranty terms and any registration confirmation. If a support page changes address, use an independently verified official website to locate its replacement. Check the precise model and country before following accessory or firmware guidance.

Our warranty and returns guide explains the questions to resolve before purchase. The branding announcement alone does not settle compatibility, prices or regional availability for an individual power station.
